Group Training Project

Goal: Group MarathonWOD Training Day

The whole reason I set up this site and am doing this livestream/website/etc. is that I think working out in a group is super fun (Thanks Ridzo and Crossfit!). This is the big difference between the idea of MarathonWOD and ultra marathon running and training. The idea is to get a group of people to come together and do a long slow training session together. Talk some, eat some, workout for an hour or two or three or four or five… (EMOM style), whatever you are capable of, at a low intensity. Learn how to practice nutrition over hours of continuous exercise, hydration, electrolyte balance, etc.

Getting Started Project

Goal: $2,500.00

Amount Raised: $50.00

Donations will go to video editing, equipment, and website design work. We are planning to post a leaderboard on our website for people to submit their times for completing mWOD‘s. The long term goal is to be able to make this workout format more accessible, easier to understand, and better laid out for people.
